Hi, I’m Mike Logan, the founder of Kraft Works Productions, but for me—this all started when I was just 15 years old working with the La Jolla Stage Company while a student at La Jolla High School. I quickly became fascinated by lighting design — how it shapes stories and emotions — and dove headfirst into learning everything I could.

I believe in lifting others as I climb. At Kraft Works Productions, we’ve developed a 6-week intensive course focused entirely on Grip and Electric — the backbone of any set.
